U.S. Seasonal Drought Outlook released

The latest Seasonal Drought Outlook was released on Thursday, which is valid through May 31st.  They are predicting some drought relief in the Upper Midwest and Central Plains, including Nebraska.  The drought looks to persist or intensify in the Southern Plains and Southwest U.S.
